Delili Return & Refund Policy

 

 

Please note that the return policy can vary with respect to the nature and category of that product. In case of receipt of damaged/defective products, or incorrect products not matching the original order, our delivery associate will return the product immediately and a refund will be processed back to customer mode of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card) or online wallet system, within (5) five working days. If you find items that are damaged after our delivery associate had left, then you are requested to get in touch with our support team within (5) five hours from delivery 'time' for all perishable goods and 48 hours for all ambient items; the relevant contact numbers can be found in the “contact us” section here below. Please to ensure that the products are unused and in a perfect re-sellable condition, returned in its original packing with all the accessories. instruction manual, labels, barcodes, warranty card and invoices etc. The returned good/s would be subject to verification by the vendor’s team to ensure the legitimacy of the complaint. The below mentioned conditions must be met to ensure successful replacement of the damaged/defective item.

 

We should be notified within 48 hours of the receipt of any damaged goods, otherwise we will not be held liable for non-replacement of the order at all. And products also need to be returned within 48 hours once delivered. If all the above conditions are met and the complaint is legitimate, the original price along with the delivery charges will be refunded to you.

Refund Policy:

 

 

         Refunds will be done on the original mode of payment used.

          IF: Customer desires to cancel the order with no reason or fault on Delili.ae, the amount will be credited to their wallet. 

 

We are not to be held responsible for any loss or damage caused, while making use of the payment methods available on the website in the following cases:

 

If you are not authorized to carry out the transaction

If you exceed the present limit mutually agreed upon between you and your bank

If any payment issues arise

If your transaction is declined

 

 

All the payments made by you for the purchases/services availed will be in United Arab Emirates dirham only. We do not facilitate any transaction where any foreign currency other than United Arab Emirates dirham is involved.

 

 

The payment gateway provided on the website is simply a mechanism to ensure the completion of a transaction between the Buyer and Delili. we will not assume any responsibility for breach of representations and warranties, damage, fraud, non-delivery, non-receipt, non-payment, or non-provision of after sales or warranty services etc. with respect to the products and services displayed on our website. Delili will however assist and to the best of its ability work with the Vendors to resolve any issues described here above.
